Seasoned UI/UX Design Lead, Digital Marketing Strategist, Paid Media Advertising and Creative Disruption executive with a distinguished track record in Digital Marketing and Advertising. Carlos has held managerial positions in a diverse suite of industries in Mexico, LATAM and Europe. He has excelled in CPG (Nestlé MX, Nestlé Global Switzerland & Kellogg’s LATAM), Fintech (BanRegio) and Higher Education (Tecnológico de Monterrey) companies, in which he became the driving force of change towards new paradigms. An avid behavioral hacker (with a smear of irrationality) with a knack of using technology in new ways to create impactful and scalable solutions. Oh and also a certified Sommelier in the making! Carlos possesses a proven track record in solving complex business problems using human behavior and technology. Initially most of it involved Web 2.0 principles, but it has evolved to encompass Behavioral Economics, Nudging and Web3 ideologies (most recently). The track record encompasses big CPG brands from the Nestlé Worldwide Family and Kellogg’s LATAM: KitKat, San Pellegrino, Perrier. The latter provided me with a clear vision to intersect Creative Excellence, Technology and Social Media. Lastly, my incursion in Fintech and Higher Education has deepened my understanding of human behavior and it’s irrational nature. Graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey as an IT Engineer but found his true calling in Marketing, Advertising and UI/UX with a Master’s Degree form the same Institution and several courses in understanding the influences and irrationalities of the human mind.
